Anvil Digital – Terms & Conditions for Digital Services
The terms and conditions detailed below apply to the supply of services by Anvil Digital PTY LTD, ABN: 48 675 843 839. By signing up for our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions as detailed in this document. These terms represent a legal agreement between the client (‘you’, ‘your’) and Anvil Digital PTY LTD (‘us’, ‘we’, ‘our’). By agreeing to our terms, you acknowledge that we are not Google.
Anvil Digital PTY LTD is a third-party digital marketing agency that advises and manages Google Ads accounts on behalf of our clients. All payments detailed are exclusive of GST. As such, all payments made by you, the client, to Anvil Digital PTY LTD, ABN: 48 675 843 839, will include GST in all invoices.
Services
1.0 Paymemts
1.1 Sign Up Payments
Upon sign-up, an initial fee will be charged to the nominated credit or debit card. This payment is made to cover our initial setup phase.
1.2 Monthly Payments
Payments are made in advance on a recurring basis. We offer these payments on either a weekly or monthly period to allow for flexibility. In the case of monthly payments, the client will be charged the monthly amount 7 days after the initial setup payment has been made. From then on, the recurring payment will be charged at monthly intervals from the initial sign-up date. Regardless of your chosen service package, you will only be charged the setup fee as a ‘once off’ payment.
1.3 Weekly Payments
In the case of weekly payments, the client will be charged the first weekly amount 7 days after the initial setup payment. From then on, the recurring payment will be charged at weekly intervals from the initial sign-up date. Regardless of your chosen service package, you will only be charged the setup fee as a ‘once off’ payment.
1.4 Termination of Services
To achieve the best possible outcomes, we strive to build and maintain positive partnerships with our clients through communication. As such, we are open and honest with our communication and trust that our clients will reciprocate. Therefore, if at any point you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience within the scope of the project, we ask that you inform us so we can work together to find a solution that meets your needs.
However, if you wish to cancel our services, the client is required to provide a 2-week notice of termination. This means the equivalent of 2 weeks’ management fees will be charged to the client. During these 2 weeks, we will still provide our insights and help wrap things up on our end. We will also assist with handing the account over where needed.
Please note, Google Ads and digital marketing don’t work for every single business. As such, we cannot guarantee results. If we feel that we have exhausted all possible avenues to enable your business to succeed through this advertising platform without achieving your goals, we will be upfront and honest with you.
1.5 Refunds, Credits & Pauses
Refunds/Credits
Refunds and credits will only be considered if there has been a breach of service from Anvil Digital PTY LTD, ABN: 48 675 843 839. Clients are not entitled to refunds in instances where their advertising goals have not been met. Google Ads, and in fact, all marketing, carries no guarantees. As such, we cannot guarantee results. Our guarantee is that we will provide our clients with a high level of quality in both our work and in the communication of the strategy, results, and other relevant insights needed to maintain a positive and successful partnership.
Pauses
You can pause your account with us at any time provided there is an appropriate reason. We offer a maximum pause period of 8 weeks. However, we try to offer as much flexibility as possible to all our clients. If you require a pause period that exceeds the maximum of 8 weeks, we ask that you inform your account manager so we can ascertain your needs. Pauses will then be approved at the discretion of Anvil Digital PTY LTD, ABN: 48 675 843 839.
2.0 Services
2.1 Setup
Following your acceptance of our proposed service, we will schedule a secondary meeting that we call the ‘setup’ meeting. The purpose of the setup is to provide us with further insight into our clients and their business. During this period, we will also be conducting our own research and strategy formulation to commence work. After the initial setup meeting is complete, we will finalize the work based on our research, planning, and clients’ additional insights.
Our turnaround time for the setup period can range from 2-7 business days. This is because all clients and their accounts are different and require unique solutions. If the setup is delayed by the client, the weekly or monthly billings will still take place as a result of the continued work. If we cannot get in touch with you for 14 days after the setup meeting, we will automatically pause your account until communication is resumed. The required work will always differ on a case-by-case basis and can sometimes take longer than our minimum turnaround due to reasons such as the necessity to create a new Google Ads account, evaluation of previous work and Google Ads campaigns, delay in linking into key Google-related assets, or complicated data analysis.
2.2 Production & Implementation
At the conclusion of the setup period, we review the work and explain what we have done to our clients. Once it has been approved and agreed upon, the Google Ads campaign work will be uploaded.
It can often take up to 8 weeks to get a good idea of the success of a campaign, especially if we build a new one. During this period, we will regularly assess the account and current strategy, adapting the work as needed to provide the best possible outcome. Your dedicated account manager will also be in regular contact to update you on this work based on the agreed-upon reporting periods.
2.3 Ongoing Management & Optimisation
We are clear from the outset that the ongoing work performance will be managed closely and feedback will be provided as required by the client and within reason. By prioritising our communication, we hope that our clients will give us ‘on-the-ground’ feedback so that we can tailor our day-to-day tasks around improving your results where possible.
